Refund and Returns Policy
REFUND
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
RETURNS
Every single piece designed & produced in HIR By Hiral Dossa goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of cashmere is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us connect@hirbyhiraldossa within 24 hours of receiving the order. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit.
Items sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Any purchase can be exchanged for the same or different style of the same value.
HIR by Hiral Dossa must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of stoles about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.
We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.
